Nursery Fee Structure
Fees (current to 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026)
Full day session 7.30am – 6pm (please attend 10 mins before end of the day for a thorough handover.
Morning session 7.30am to 12.30pm / Afternoon session 12.45pm to 5.45pm ****
PLEASE NOTE – We ONLY offer 10 TT spaces maximum at any one time, therefor these spaces are very limited!
ALL funded hours will be stretched over the 50-week year! From September 2025 when the 30hr funding comes in to place, ALL funded hrs must be taken in full days i.e. 2 x full days
**** FUNDED CHILDREN – Full day is 7.30 to 5.30pm. The Local Authority will ONLY allow a max of 10 hours per day.

The Voluntary Consumables/ Food fees from 01/04/2025 to 31/03/2026 are as follows for Government FUNDED 9month, 2-year-old and 3/4-year-old children. Only payable while using the FUNDED hours. ALL funded hours are worked out on a ‘stretched Basis’ covering 50 weeks of the year. Any extra sessions are payable at the flat rate stated above.
“Working Parents Funded 15 hours for all 9-month-old and 2 -year-old children
These hours will be offered on a stretched basis over the year (50 weeks) and can be taken alone or alongside additional hours. Any additional hours booked will be charge at the usual day rate.
9-month-old children & 2-year-olds (April 2025) 15hr funding (10 hrs weekly stretched) for working parents – £1.00p per hour** This will make your weekly fees just £10.00 per week compared to £66.75. A great saving for working parents
“Working Parents Funded 30 hours 3/4-year-old child”
These hours will be offered on a stretched basis over the year (50 weeks) and can be taken alone or alongside additional hours. Any additional hours booked will be charge at the usual day rate.
3/4-year old’s 30 hours funding (20 hrs weekly stretched) for working parents – £1.00p per hour** This will make your weekly fees just £20.00 per week compared to £135.50. A great saving for working parents.
“Existing 2-year-old & 3/4-year-old 15hr universal entitlement” for parents who are in receipt of qualifying benefits.
These hours will be offered on a stretched basis over the year (50 weeks) and can be taken alone or alongside additional hours. Any additional hours booked will be charge at the usual day rate.
2-year-old & 3/4year old 15hr funding (10 hrs weekly stretched) for parents in receipt of qualifying benefits – £5.00 per 5-hour session**. This will make your weekly fees just £10.00 per week. This fee covers breakfast, lunch and or a tea time meal.
September 2025
“Working Parents Funded 30 hours for all 9-month-old and 2 -year-old children (commences September 2025)
These hours will be offered on a stretched basis over the year (50 weeks) and can be taken alone or alongside additional hours. Any additional hours booked will be charge at the usual day rate.

Remember if you are also in receipt of UC as a working parent you may also be able to qualify for UC childcare support. This is additional financial support of up to 85% towards any extra sessions you need each week.
Fees
- Fees are calculated by multiplying the weekly rate by 50 and dividing by 12.
- Full fees are payable for all days that your child is absent from nursery for whatever reason, including child sickness, holidays, public and bank Holidays, inset days (staff training) and times where closure is totally unavoidable ie extreme weather, heating failure, power cuts. Inset days are very important to ensure staff are up to date with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures. Inset days will be calculated pro rata and added to your monthly fees. Applies to private and funded spaces.
- Fees are payable monthly in advance. Due on the 28 th of each month.
- For the first month of attendance, we will require payment in advance before your child’s first day of attendance.
- Little Hubbers will be offering the 15 hour and 30-hour FUNDED entitlement scheme to all qualifying children on a stretched basis over 50 weeks of the year.
- The 15/ 30 hours FUNDED childcare/early education offer is not intended to cover the costs of meals and other consumables. To Elaborate further these include the following
- Food and Drinks: This includes meals, snacks, and drinks provided to children during their time at the nursery.
- Personal Care: Nappies, wipes, baby wipes, face wipes, creams, and sun protection products for the children’s use are considered consumables.
- Activity/Play Items: Materials used for creative activities, gardening, or other play-based learning experiences also fall under consumable costs.
- Other: Other items used up during the course of care, such as cleaning supplies, first aid items, and any other consumables used on a regular basis.
- Providers are able to charge a consumable fee for these additions.
15 hours funding (stretched offer, taken over 50 weeks of the year) can be taken as – 1 AM and 1 PM x 5-hour sessions (7.30am to 12.30 or 12.45pm to 5.45pm) We ONLY offer 10 TT spaces as a maximum at any one time, there for these spaces are very limited. You are more than welcome to top this up with extra paying days.
- Funded childcare 30 hours
- hours funding (stretched offer, taken over 50 weeks of the year) can be taken as follows – 2 full days (7.30am 5.30pm) x 10-hour session per week. We ONLY offer 10 TT spaces as a maximum at any one time, there for these spaces are very limited. You are more than welcome to top this up with extra paying days.

- Little Hubbers have access to a fully inclusive sensory room and UV room.
- There is a minimum attendance pattern of one full day or 2 half days per week booked in advance with 1 months’ notice. This is to ensure continuity and allow you child to build up bonds with keyworkers and fellow children.
- We operate 50 weeks of the year. All booked spaces will be reserved on a 1 month rolling contract to over the year.
*Little Hubbers actively promote healthy eating in the Nursery in line with schools and the Early Years Foundation Stage. We ask that you donate 1 piece of fruit, vegetables, cheese or crackers each day for the children to share at snack time, e.g., apples, Bananas, oranges, plums, grapes, carrots, cucumber, celery, avocado, tomatoes, bread sticks, crackers, rice cakes, cheese biscuits etc. Little Hubbers actively engage your children in the preparing, chopping and serving of snack time fruit. This encourages social interaction and allows children to learn new skills. This applies to all parents/ carer’s including those accessing the 15- & 30-hour funding.
